Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancel anytime
All subscriptions are month-to-month with no long-term contract. You can cancel at any time by emailing slicrook@icloud.com or calling (360) 469-3821. When you cancel, we stop all future billing — you will not be charged again.
Our delivery guarantee
If we fail to deliver the service we agreed to provide, you are entitled to a full refund of amounts paid for that undelivered service. We’d much rather make it right than keep money for work we didn’t do.
Setup deposits
Some services require a deposit to begin work. If we are unable to deliver the service, your deposit is fully refundable. Once work has begun and the service is delivered (for example, your AI receptionist is built and live), the deposit is applied to your service and is non-refundable for work already completed.
Monthly subscription fees
Monthly fees pay for the service during that month. If you cancel, your service remains active through the end of the current paid month and is not renewed. We do not pro-rate partial months once the service has been provided for that period, except where required by law or covered by the delivery guarantee above.
How refunds are issued
Because we accept manual payments (Zelle, wire, or check), approved refunds are returned by the same method, or by check, to the original payer. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of approval.
